A LITTLE BACKSTORY

It started with
a birthday wish.
And a lot of dough.

Our story began with a birthday wish: dumplings, back on the table.

With celiac disease part of our everyday life, we couldn’t find the gluten-free wrappers we were looking for. So we started making them from scratch.

When we shared our story, you told us what you missed, too: the cooking in together, the eating out together, the feeling of being part of it.

Now we’re building Jane Dough Foods. Starting with a wrapper, working toward something bigger: everyone back around the table.

What are you making?

We’re developing gluten-free dumpling wrappers that you can fill and fold at home. The commercial product is still in development, and we’ll share the final details as they’re confirmed.

Can I buy them yet?

Not yet. We’re working through formulation, manufacturing, certification and packaging. Join the waitlist when the site launches to hear about availability as soon as we can share it.

Where will I be able to buy them?

We haven’t announced where our wrappers will be sold yet. We’ll share confirmed retailers and other ways to buy them when they’re ready. Join the waitlist for updates. If you represent a store, restaurant or distributor, visit our business inquiries page.

Will they be certified gluten-free?

Certified gluten-free is our goal. Certification is still part of the work ahead, and we’ll share verified details before the product goes on sale.

Can I see the ingredients?

The formulation is still being developed. We’ll publish the final ingredient and allergen information when it’s confirmed, so you can make an informed choice.
